Former EastEnders actor Cliff, who played Minty before starring in Call The Midwife, is on standby.
While he isn't shown taking part, he is likely to get his own hands dirty later on in yet to be seen scenes.
Andy, meanwhile, is left horrified as he's forced to battle fish guts and offal to get the stars and earn meals for camp.
In the latest challenge called Frontier of Fear, Andy searches a cabin with pigeons flying around him.
Hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly can be heard guiding him from outside the hut.
It's then that they reveal everything in the room is covered in the guts and other gross stuff just to make it that little harder.
The actor is heard groaning as he sticks his hands into the gory surroundings searching for the stars.
He admits the room stinks before blasting the trial as "disgusting".
Cliff watches on nervous, as Andy jokes about Ant and Dec having the better part of the deal outside.
The Wild West themed trial takes part in Ol' Dingo Town, with both stars dressed up as cowboys.
Whether the boys manage to complete their tasks and bring back the goodies remains to be seen.
The original line-up were told by Ant and Dec that they would not be doing a trial that day as two newbies were on the way.
Viewers were then shown a trial teaser, before Andy and Cliff spoke about joining the show on TV for the first time.
