I'm A Celebrity fans see 'simmering feud' between two campmates in first episode

While it may only be one episode into the series, I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here has hit the ground running - and fans are already predicting that two contestants are going to "hate" each other.

The 2022 series of ITV's long running reality show kicked off last night and has already seen its first withdrawal, with Olivia Attwood departing after just 24 hours.

With episode two yet to air, fans have already spotted what they believe to be a simmering feud between two campmates. Viewers are already positing that royal Mike Tindall and actor Owen Warner will clash throughout the series, reports Wales Online.

The theory comes after the 23-year old Hollyoaks star made a joke at the 44-year old ruby player's expense, when the pair took part in the Critters Cruise Challenge with Coronation Street's 59-year-old Sue Cleaver on Sunday, November 6.

During the challenge, Owen read out the code "1463" engraved on a brick, then joked that it was the year "Mike was born". Because of this, fans believe that Tindall will end up "hating" Owen during the show.

Writing on Twitter, one viewer said: "Anyone else think it's only a matter of time before Mike Tindall puts Owen in his place? #ImACeleb". Another added: "Mike is going to end up absolutely *hating* Owen. You can see it already. #ImACeleb #ImACelebrity."

A third said: "Mike enjoying seeing Owen suffer is sending me. #imaceleb." During the first episode, Mike had to submerge under water and reappear inside an upturned boat which was full of creepy crawlies while Owen had to crawl inside a muddy pipe and search through insects to earn his stars.

Mike is the first member of the Royal family to take part in I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! and he is married to the King's niece Zara Phillips. Speaking about going into the jungle he told reporters it would be the longest time he would be away from Zara, who is the daughter of Princess Anne, as The Sun reports.

He said: "It’s probably one of the longest times we’ve been away completely with no communication. When you go away you still have communication, so that’s obviously going to be the hardest bit."
