I’m a Celebrity: Shane Richie’s nails Trump impression as Jordan North is voted camp leader

Shane Richie impressed his fellow I’m a Celebrity contestants as well as fans watching from home with an impression of outgoing US president Donald Trump.

The EastEnders star was able to enjoy a full meal with the other male stars of the ITV competition, after they won their trial in the last live episode.

During the dinner, which included roast lamb and apple crumble, talk turned to the famous faces – living or dead – each contestant would invite to dinner.

After Trump was brought up, Richie then launched into his impression and what the president might say during dinner: “He’d be sitting here going, ‘It’s a lovely meal, I made this, it’s beautiful, I made all of this, I built the castle.'”

Later in the episode, radio presenter and fellow favourite to win Jordan North was voted as leader of the group, and tasked with organising a fresh challenge.

I’m a Celebrity continues each night at 9pm on ITV.
