I'm A Celebrity fans fume at star's 'not fair' exit - and all have the same problem with ITV show

As I'm A Celebrity South Africa hits its final week, one star exit left fans moaning about the pre-recorded format and the lack of public votes.

After a huge cliffhanger left I'm A Celeb obsessive on the edge of their seats for the whole weekend, the end of the gruesome "gold rush" trial saw two celebs told to pack their bags. The unlucky duo who lost the do-or-die trial were Georgia Toffolo and Andy Whyment, and as they left the camp for good, fans at home vented their dismay at the result.

But, more than just being sad to lose two star turns from the show, fans explained on social media how they felt the changed-up format - the show was filmed in South Africa way back in September - was less than ideal.

Online, fans said the result was "gutting". Many were devastated to see Georgia and Andy given the boot. In a shock moment shown later in the episode, Janice Dickinson was also forced to leave the show after an injury overnight.

After Georgia and Andy left though, fans highlighted how they were unimpressed with the format.

One said on Twitter: "Not really feeling #ImACeleb anymore now that #toff and #andy have left. Feeling really gutted and this is not how the public would vote. Why is this show not live?"

Another added: "[Georgia] @ToffTalks should still b in it she was my winner! U should of let the public vote for their legend this way isn’t fair."

And a third said: "It is a bit unfair the way they are deciding who goes home. It's so much better with public deciding... Joe and Dean need to do a little show of their own!"

Yet another added: ""Why have they got rid of all the fan favourites …this is why it should be a public vote #ImACeleb."

Later in the episode, athletics legend Fatima Whitbread was the volunteer for a terrifying underwater trial. The show is now approaching its finale.

The All Stars series was filmed back in September as the stars competed to be the show's first ever Legend but the result has been a closely-guarded secret.
