I'm A Celebrity viewers could barely watch the latest trial, but didn't want to miss any of the action.
Shane Richie and Jessica Plummer were left gagging the entire time, as they were made to drink a series of disgusting smoothies.
The noises alone, not to mention the pair constantly retching, left viewers on the verge of being sick themselves.
Many ended up muting their TVs just to stop the sound of the celebs almost throwing up the contents of the glasses - with Jessica ending up vomiting at the end.
From blended chicken feet, to vomit fruit and the usual eating trial delicacies including animal anus and testicles, Shane and Jessica had quite the menu.
The trial was called Sickening Stalls, and the pair immediately guessed it would be a drinks challenge.
They were made to drink six each, each drink being worth a meal for camp.
Shane's first drink was blended fermented duck eggs, while Jessica took on blended fish eyes.
Blended critters were also on the menu, with Jess also given blended vomit fruit.
The EastEnders star also had to down blended fermented herring, but that was the least of their worries.
In all, the worst ones saw Shane down blended sheep testicle, blended pig vagina, blended cow's heart and finally blended sheep's anus.
Jess' drinks included blended goat penis, blended pig snout and blended chicken feet.
Both Shane and Jess were gagging constantly, battling to keep the liquid down.
Viewers watching at home took to Twitter to share their reactions, with one writing: "I've had to mute this part as I'm already fearing the worst here..."
Another said: "wanted to puke watching this trial even if I watched it on mute."
A third said: "I actually physically gagged."
Meanwhile, one commented: "I’ve never gagged so much in my life watching something."
