I'm A Celebrity bosses 'splash out £1million' on line-up as Mo Farah gets '£300k fee'

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! bosses have reportedly splashed a whopping £1million on this year's line-up.

Bosses want this year to have the best line-up in the show's history and so they've spared no expense at giving out big fees for the big names, it's claimed.

Mo Farah is said to be getting £300,000 to appear on the ITV show, while Vernon Kay will apparently get £150,000 and Corrie's Beverley Callard is tipped to get £125,000.

Olympian Mo was at the top of the wish list and bosses were willing to pay whatever it takes, The Sun reports.

A source said: "The ITV executives were desperate to bag Mo and will have spent big to get their man.

"It's a massive coup for producers to get Mo for the series. Everyone's really excited about the signing and think he'll be a hit with viewers.

"It's the first time he's agreed to do anything like this, so it'll be a massive draw for sports fans."

Opera singer Russell Watson is thought to have bagged around £100,000.

Ex EastEnders actress Jessica Plummer, West End star Ruthie Henshall and radio host Victoria Derbyshire will have asked for around £75,000, it's claimed.

Ex Strictly Come Dancing professional AJ Pritchard and athlete Hollie Arnold are said to be getting £50,000.

I'm A Celeb hosts Ant and Dec are reportedly earning £12,000 an episode this year.

The new series is being shot in Wales instead of Australia due to coronavirus travel restrictions.

Celebs will stay in the spooky Gwrych Castle near Abergele in Conwy.
