I'm A Celebrity All Stars line-up announced as much-loved names make a return

The full cast of stars competing in the new version of I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here has been announced ahead of the first episode next month.

Former campmates will be returning to the show, which is set to be filmed in South Africa instead of Australia. Celebrities include Happy Monday legend Shaun Ryder, boxing champ Amir Khan, Olympian Fatima Whitbread and ex-cricketer Phil Tufnell, reports the Daily Star.

The series won’t be short of glamour, with former Corrie star Helen Flanagan and presenter Carol Vorderman are also taking part. Completing the line-up are Diversity dancer Jordan Banjo, supermodel Janice Dickinson and former royal butler Paul Burrell.

It’s set to be the toughest series yet. An ITV spokeswoman said: “They survived the Australian jungle, but South Africa is an even harder proposition which will push them to their limits and test them like never before.

“The challenges are bigger and tougher and the environment harsher and more unforgiving.”

The contestants are determined to go all out to impress viewers. Amir said: “I’m determined this time not to be soft when it comes to the trials!”

Helen added: “I will be scared but I will have a go and I will be a lot better than last time!”

As the return was confirmed, Carol took to Instagram to share the news and wrote: "If you saw Saturday Night Takeaway then you'll know I'm on I'm A Celebrity South Africa. OMG I hope you like the series.

"I'm A Celebrity... South Africa will start at the end of April on ITV1 and ITVX. You'll have a laugh anyway."

More celebs will be sent in throughout the series before the show crowns its first I’m A Celebrity Legend. ITV previously confirmed that there would be no public vote for the series, with the I'm A Celeb legends instead having to battle it out for the top spot.

The action kicks off on ITV1 next month.
