I'm A Celebrity 2021: Vogue Williams speaks out on rumours she's joining line-up

Vogue Williams has clarified rumours that she’ll be in the line-up of this year’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here.

The Irish model and TV personality is among the many names rumoured to be heading to Gwrych Castle in Wales at the end of this year.

However, the mum-of-two has appeared to pour cold water on her future on the ITV reality series, saying she hasn’t even been asked.

“There’s been talk of me going into that every year, but I’ve never been approached,” she told Daily Mail. “I think I would be just terrible at that. I’m terrified of insects… wasps, so I think I’d actually be brutal at it.

“But I do think it’s a fun show. I think it’s always good to learn stuff.”

Vogue has previously expressed her interest in taking part in the series, including back in 2018 when she was pregnant.

She told OK! Magazine at the time: “I’m up for anything that’s a challenge. I’m A Celebrity - Get Me Out Of Here! Looks like fun.”

The series is remaining in the UK this year, trading the Australian jungle for a cold and creepy castle in rural Wales.

Ant and Dec have already been spotted on set filming trailers for the upcoming stint, dressing up as knights and riding on horseback .

The pair have also shown off their stubble which they've had to grow for the promo, adding a filter to make it look like they've grown full beards.

ITV have set up home in the ruins of Gwrych Castle for the past two years after coronavirus lockdown measures between UK and Australia caused difficulties with production.

Among the names attached to the series is former Strictly Come Dancing judge Arlene Phillips, who will be the oldest star to ever take part.

Other names tipped to take part include Cheryl Hole from RuPaul’s Drag Race UK, Louise Minchin following her exit from BBC Breakfast, Coronation Street star Lucy Fallon and Love Island ’s Tommy Fury.

It was recently reported a huge star had dropped out of this year's I'm A Celeb after discovering that the show will be filmed in Wales and not its normal Australia.

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here returns to ITV later this year.
