I'm a Celebrity 2019: What is the hotel the celeb's families stay in?

As we near the end of the year, we know one programme will be back to fill our telly void.

We only have to mention Bushtucker trials and dingo dollar challenges and you know exactly what we are talking about.

Of course, it's I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here and a fresh bunch of celebs are heading to the Australian Outback.

American reality star Caitlyn Jenner, former footballer-turned-pundit Ian Wright, Girls Aloud singer Nadine Coyle and Good Morning Britain presenter Kate Garraway are amongst the 10 celebrities taking on the ITV challenge this year.

They will spend every waking hour among the trees getting bitten by insects and eating minimal amounts of food but where do the celebs stay after roughing it in camp?

The Palazzo Versace hotel is a luxury five star hotel on the Gold Coast in Surfers Paradise, Queensland, Australia.

The hotel, which opened in 2000, is described as the "definition of luxury, glamour and sophistication" and features 200 rooms, 72 privately owned apartments, a private marina, ballroom, bars, three restaurants.

There is even a Versace retail store where you can splash the cash on ready-to-wear, accessories and runway collections.

The design and furnishing of the hotel was overseen by the designer Versace in homage to the French Riviera.

The hotel is based just a short drive away from the filming location for the ITV reality show which is hosted by Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly.

It has luxurious rooms where the celebs recline (usually still wearing their muddy boots) after three weeks of Bushtucker Trial ordeals.

It boasts a 63m pool, its own white sand beach and a Water Salon - an oasis of cabanas within a beach scene.

And the hotel has a spa and fitness centre for those wishing to exercise those muscles after leaving the camp.

But we think you'll more likely find them in one of three chic hotel bar and restaurants after their jungle stint - or maybe just taking advantage of room service.
