Enraged I'm A Celebrity fans were left furious after all app votes were discounted due to a "wording error".
Earlier tonight, viewers were left confused after noticing that said "vote off" and feared that they may have voted for the wrong person.
After fans flocked to Twitter to blast the show for "misleading them" with the app, it was confirmed that all of the app votes would be discounted.
While announcing the first celeb to leave, Ant and Dec revealed that there was a "wording error" on the app and that only phone calls would be counted.
A statement by the show later added: “Due to a wording error on the app, the result of tonight’s vote will be based on phone votes alone. If you’ve already voted via the app we are very sorry, but your vote will not count tonight.”
Fans flocked to Twitter to comment, with one writing: "Not happy there is no way Adele would have gone if the app was correct. There should have been another vote."
While another commented: "We were voting for the first vote off - that’s why it says vote off and not task on it. Like Ant and Dec said we are voting to save our favourite from being voted off. #ImACeleb
A third remarked: "Dec said vote to save so I voted for ROMAN NADINE JAQ ANDY CAITLYN but then I noticed app said vote off... I’m really confused #ImACeleb."
"did i just vote off roman and andy or save them... ant & dec saying vote to save but the app said vote off im confused #ImACeleb," another wrote.
One remarked: "i thought the app was to vote who to save but my boyfriend just downloaded it and it said to ‘vote off’ so did i just vote andy to leave 5 times?!?! #imaceleb."
