I'm a Celebrity is a gruelling series to be a part of - the unlucky stars usually have to eat animal testicles, get covered in fish guts and, in the new Welsh castle setting, battle cold and damp.
They are near starved and must undertake gruelling trials in order to win meals for their grumpy and tired campmates - not to mention the recent threat of trespassers sneaking on set.
But sometimes things take a dangerous turn and the celebrities are genuinely injured in horrifying accidents.
From Joel Dommett slicing his head open to Kimberley Davies fracturing her rib jumping out of a helicopter, the celebrities have suffered some agonising injuries - which also caused big headaches for the producers.
Let's take a look at some of the most grisly and worrying injuries that have been sustained on I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!

Kimberley Davies' fractured rib

In 2005, former Neighbours actress Kimberley Davies suffered a fractured rib after jumping 15ft from a helicopter to hit a target floating in water in a Bushtucker Trial.
Kimberley was rushed to hospital in an air ambulance after being assessed by rescue divers, and she was told she may have a hairline rib fracture.
Before taking part in the trial, Kimberley was told to keep her arms by her sides and her legs straight when entering the water, reported the Independent.
She had completed one jump safely, but on the second she brought her right hand up to hold her nose, meaning her elbow was at a right angle when she entered the water.
ITV insisted it had taken every precaution for the challenge, and Granada added that the actress had been given a full safety briefing in advance.
In a statement, the television company said: "Granada takes the health and safety of all celebrities and crew extremely seriously and, as is the case with all Bushtucker Trials, a comprehensive risk assessment had been carried out.
"The helicopter contractor has undertaken somewhere in the region of 3,000 such jumps without prior incident and have Civil Aviation Safety Authority approval.
"The contractor does this activity on a regular basis, training divers to jump from helicopters, normally into the sea. The height of the jump and speed of the helicopter used in the Bushtucker Trial is typically that used for a person undertaking their first jump."
Kimberley returned to the camp, but she was in too much pain to carry on and dramatically quit the series hours later.
John Barrowman sprains his ankle

In 2018, John Barrowman was rushed to hospital with what was deemed a "serious injury" when he suffered a nasty fall in camp.
John sprained his ankle while walking over to wash a pot with campmate Harry Redknapp.
He stumbled before shouting out in agony, and his fellow celebs Nick Knowles and Malique Thompson-Dwyer helped to carry him away.
John was assessed by jungle medics who advised he should go to hospital for an X-ray.
He spent the night in isolation but returned to the jungle the following day with his ankle strapped up.
A source told The Mirror: "John is back in camp and he was very keen to go back on the show as soon as he knew nothing was broken.
"We have heavily strapped his ankle for now and will be keeping a close eye on him."
They added: "This was not a case of trying to persuade him to stay or forcing him to go back, he was desperate to get back in there and carry on with his jungle adventure.
"But how much he can do and what trials he can take part in will depend on how the ankle heals."
John was able to soldier on and ended up finishing in third place, as Harry became king of the jungle.
James Haskell's nasty burn

During James Haskell's controversial appearance on I'm a Celebrity in 2015, he suffered a horror burn after scalding himself with hot water.
The rugby star was carrying a bucket of hot water on the way to to the washing up with Caitlyn Jenner, but he slipped and the water poured out on to his boot.
James, who sparked outrage over his treatment of campmate Andrew Maxwell, was unable to get the boot off in time, and his foot was burned, blistering at the top.
"The hot water just slipped out and poured right into my boot," he said, after crying out in agony.
"I couldn’t get my boot off in time and it’s blistered the front of my foot."
Russell Watson's chipped tooth

Last year, opera star Russell Watson was in excruciating pain after he chipped his tooth during his first trial, which saw him and fellow newbie Ruthie Henshall covered in rotten tomatoes, maggots, and fish guts.
Ruthie was put a stock and read the first part of a joke and Russell would then have to find the punchline hidden in a barrel using only his mouth - but the barrel would also contain incorrect punchlines.
While he was fishing around in the barrel, Russell hit his tooth so hard he chipped it, and also managed to bang his head.
Keen to carry on and not lose his campmates any points, Russell shrugged off the injury and chuckled about it to Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly, who asked if he was okay.
Russell replied that he was fine, before Dec joked that he would now whistle through his teeth when singing Nessun dorma.
Joel Dommett slices his head and needs stitches

Comedian Joel Dommett, who used to host Extra Camp, needed stitches after a sign on set smashed into his head in rehearsals in 2018.
Windy conditions in the jungle meant props began blowing around, and a wooden sign hit him in the back of the head, leaving him dazed and his skin split.
A source told The Mirror: "The sign hit Joel with some force and he was rushed to hospital, he needed seven stitches and was given the day off to recover.
"We are delighted to say he is back on set now and will be on the show tonight."
Undeterred, Joel cheerfully posted photos of his bandaged up head, and said in a statement: "Unfortunately due to unforeseen windy circumstances blowing the set onto my head during rehearsals, I won’t be able to present Extra Camp this evening.
"I had seven stitches like a big brave boy and I’ll be back tomorrow.
"To be honest I’m less worried about my health and more worried that the show will be better without me.
"Half a day off school to go home and watch neighbours! Woo!"
Tony Hadley's 'trench foot', ear and throat infection

Spandau Ballet star Tony Hadley said his 2015 stint in the jungle left him feeling absolutely dreadful.
And it was all down to his camp uniform, which he said was hard to get dry despite the Australian heat.
He told Lorraine Kelly: "I'll tell you what the problem with that stuff is, it doesn't dry, it is really hard to dry.
"So, when I came out I had an ear infection, a throat infection and a bit of trench foot.
"I took a picture of my foot and was like, 'Oh my God!'"
Elaine Lordan faints twice on first day in camp

In the same 2005 series as Kimberley Davies, EastEnders actress Elaine Lordan collapsed on her first day in camp, while walking back from the Bush Telegraph.
She was provided with oxygen by the show's medical team who also gave her a check-up - but within 24 hours, Elaine fainted again and was removed from the jungle.
Doctors found Elaine to be in good health, but producers did not want to risk any further health scares.
"We have given a great deal of thought and consideration to Elaine's situation and have decided that she won’t be returning to the jungle," said a spokesperson.

"The detailed investigations carried out by separate doctors over the last two days have shown her to be in good health.
"But ITV has a responsibility to all of the celebrities taking part in the show and given what has happened to Elaine on two separate occasions in as many days, and knowing what challenges lie ahead in the show, ITV has decided to err on the side of caution."
Elaine wasn't the only I'm a Celeb campmate to faint - Gillian McKeith famously did so moments before she was supposed to take part in another gruelling trial in 2010.
Gillian "fainted" three times during her stint on the show, though many viewers accused her of faking it to escape the challenge.
Alison Hammond, who was in the jungle at the same time, told Reveal: "I'm not an uncaring person, but it was hard not to giggle when Gillian fainted.
"I was so pleased because it meant we were going to eat. But when I told her afterwards that I was glad she’d fainted, she just said, 'I had to.'
"If you want to call that faking it, then so be it."
