I'm a Celeb stars frantically rush to save belongings as terrible storm hits camp

Stars of I'm a Celebrity screamed and ran to take cover after a huge storm hit the camp on Sunday night's episode.

The campmates desperately rushed to save their belongings and sleeping bags before sheltering in Caitlyn Jenner's cabin.

Ominous thunder was heard over the camp at first and Roman Kemp said it reminded him of the movie Jurassic Park.

He described it in the Bush Telegraph: “It was all nice and sunny and within 5 seconds the heaven’s opened, it was a complete downpour, it was mega.”

Shaken Cliff Parisi confessed he had never seen rain like it in his life.

"No wonder they call it a rainforest!" he exclaimed.

Nadine Coyle, Kate Garraway and Jacqueline Jossa screamed as they ran up to the camp leader Caitlyn's cabin to stay dry, throwing their rucksacks in the telephone box.

Roman and Kate then dashed back heroically to try to save their campmate's belongings.

Roman said: “Water was just pouring all into camp, it was like a movie scene.”

Andrew Maxwell even had his blood sucked by a leech on his leg.

"It was a complete and utter washout," added James Haskell.

The rain had the campmates complaining in the morning.

Jacqueline's hammock was soaked through, so James had insisted she slept on his bed while he slept on the floor.

But Jacqueline still wasn't happy as this put her right next to snoring Cliff.

"Bless Cliff but he fidgets so much, he moves constantly and because he moves I’m bouncing up and down on the be," she said.

The show also saw Ian Wright take on another Bushtucker Trial which he vowed would be his last.

After competing the Hell-avator trial, Ian swore he would never do another Bushtucker Trial.
