I'm a Celeb star leads tributes as well-loved show member dies

I'm A Celeb's Kiosk Kev has shared a moving tribute to former colleague Troy Gordon, who has tragically passed away.

Troy was well-loved in the I'm A Celeb family, having started working as a cameraman for the show in 2017.

Kev, real name Mark Herlaar, took to Instagram on Monday to share his condolences to the long-running staff member.

Troy was unable to work on this year's series as it relocated to Wales due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Taking to Instagram, Kiosk Kev honoured his friend with a heartfelt post.

He wrote: "Tribute to a great man TROY.

"R.I.P brother loved your company and friendship was great knowing you and working with you.

"I'll still be looking for your happy smile and great sense of humor. Take your rest brother. And know you are truly missed.. much love from Tarzan."

Mark shared snaps of himself and his colleague on his Instagram.

In one photo, Troy is grinning and doing a thumbs up sign, while in another grumpy Kiosk Kev poses beside him.

Troy began working in the industry back in 1985, under his own company TRG Vision, and enjoyed a successful career behind the camera.

As well as working behind-the-scenes on the UK and German version of I'm A Celeb, Troy helped out on some of Australia's best reality shows - including Australian Survivor in 2016 and 2017 and Married at First Sight.
