Rumours have been swirling the former athlete had got engaged to her so-called girlfriend Sophia Hutchins, 23.
However, the businesswoman remained mum on the subject as she refused to confirm or deny she was in a relationship with her business partner.
Previously, Sophia teased fans marriage could be on the cards for the pair in the near future in a cryptic post.
The Pepperdine University graduate wrote in response to a fan: "I'll show you the ring when I am."
Caitlyn and Sophia live together, share a dog and a family and describe themselves as "partners in everything they do".
But the couple have yet to confirm if there is anything romantic in their relationship.
Sophia previously said of their relationship: "We’re partners in everything we do, we’re inseparable, we’re business partners, we live together, we share a dog, we share family, we share a life together."
The I'm A Celeb star found love with Sophia after the breakdown of her marriage to Kris Jenner.
Caitlyn shared the news she was a transgender woman in an interview in April 2015 after experiencing gender dysphoria in childhood.
“For all intents and purposes, I’m a woman,” she told Diane Sawyer for ABC.
The news come a year after her divorce from her third wife Kris in 2014.
Caitlyn, born male as Bruce, had tied the knot with Kris in April 1991 after a whirlwind five months of dating.
The parents raise two biological children Kylie and Kendall Jenner.
Caitlyn was a step parent to Kris' children Kourtney, Kim, Khloe and Robert during their marriage and has remained close to them following the divorce.
Their love wasn't meant to last with the couple splitting in 2013 and Kris filed for divorce the following year.
Caitlyn had been married twice before; she first married Chrystie Scott from 1972 until 1981 and the exes have two children Burt and Cassandra.
Later, she went onto marry Linda Thompson in 1981 yet they were divorced by 1986 and they also have two sons Brandon and Sam.
