I'm A Celebrity hopeful and Good Morning Britain presenter Kate Garraway will be put through the ringer during tonight's show.
Kate - and her iconic pigtails - will be having a crack at Frightseer, a Bushtucker Trial that will force the 52 year old to stick her head into replicas of some of London's best known landmarks.
Except it's I'm A Celeb, so she won't be alone in there, and she can only use her mouth to free the stars and win a meal for camp.
A preview clip shows presenting duo Ant and Dec standing by, egging Kate on as she lunges headfirst into Big Ben.
The star is screwed into the centre of the small, head-sized room - meaning Kate has to use her tongue to pry it free.

The only thing is, as she doing it, more and more cockroaches are poured onto her head.
The critters try to wriggle their way into Kate's mouth as she uses her tongue to twist the star of the screw.
"Ready Kate?" Ant asks.
"Yeah," she groans, looking frightened of what lies within Big Ben.
Sticking her head in, there's nothing but the star - until a panel above her opens and the cockroaches swarm over her head and down onto her back.
Ant and Dec tell her she's doing it the wrong way, Ant shouting: "Lefty Loosey, Kate!"

Kate's one of the seven remaining campmates - after Ian Wright got the boot last night.
Adele Roberts, Andrew Maxwell, Cliff Parisi and James Haskell have also been evicted.
Kate and new pals Caitlyn Jenner and Nadine Coyle have been making waves with their shower chat, in which the three of them discussed options for cosmetic surgery.

Caitlyn gestured to parts of Kate's face that she could have work done to, telling her there's a great doctor out in Los Angeles.
Kate laughed in The Bush Telegraph: "Caitlyn says she's got just the person to fix my face out in LA, so when I go out to visit I could come back a whole new Kate."
Ian's eviction last night saw the Arsenal legend reflect on his time on the jungle - and specifically, how he needed to focus on his mental health going into the future.
"I feel it's time," he revealed to Ant and Dec, "And I got to the time, it's becoming more and more difficult to be positive and there are people around you that need to be positive.
"Towards the end, especially young people, I wasn't positive enough. My time has come and it's been unbelievable.
"I needed a new challenge for myself, and the challenge I got, I wasn't expecting. It was more a mental thing, I found the mental side of me.
"I have a lot to work on, I learned a lot about myself."
