Jordan North stands in toilet queue - only to find they are fans waiting to meet him

Jordan North joined a queue to get out of the toilets, only to discover the line was actually waiting to get a selfie with him.

The 30-year-old left This Morning's Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield in stitches as he opened up about the bizarre experience.

Jordan, who came second in this year's I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!, admitted he didn't quite realise how many people had watched the ITV show.

The BBC Radio 1 DJ has now been propelled to a new level of fame, with people even spotting him at the motorway service station.

"Its been a weird couple of days and I didn't realise how many people were watching," Jordan said on today's show.

Jordan North spoke to the presenters about his time in Gwrych Castle (ITV)

"On the way down on Sunday, we were going back down to London and I said to the driver 'can we stop at the service station?'

"And we pulled into the service station and I ran into the toilet. I went in one way and came out the other. And there was like a queue and a crowd so I joined the queue as I thought it was the queue to get out.

"And the girl next to me said: 'They're queuing for you'."

Jordan appeared via a video call on today's This Morning (ITV)

"So I was in my own queue waiting for a selfie with me," Jordan revealed, leaving the presenters in stitches.

Jordan then also revealed that he hadn't had much media training and had told a journalist that he might get his teeth whitened after leaving the show.

During his interview he also teased that he might be able to get some of the former campmates on the radio when he returns to work.

Jordan's newfound fame isn't the only topic that the DJ spoke to Holly and Phillip about.

The television star also revealed that he gorged on food like burger and pizza and even enjoyed a late night with Vernon Kay after they left the show.

Having completed I'm A Celebrity, Jordan is now excited for the future and expressed hopes of doing a spot of travelling now he has overcome his fears.
