I'm A Celeb's Jessica left unwell after taking part in vomit-inducing trial

I'm A Celebrity's Jessica Plummer headed to bed early during Wednesday night's episode, after feeling unwell and throwing up.

She was left feeling under the weather after the disgusting Bushtucker Trial she faced earlier on with Shane Richie.

It's understandable, given the gross smoothies she was forced to down to win meals for camp.

She and Shane took six blended drinks each, containing critters and animal body parts.

Jess was left gagging throughout the trial, but managed to keep it all down.

Her drinks included blended goat penis, blended pig snout and blended chicken feet.

She also drank blended fish eyes, blended vomit fruit and fermented herring.

She was feeling pretty proud of herself for completing her part of the task.

On returning to camp, she commented on her breath smelling very bad as she greeted her pals.

But as dinner arrived in camp later on, she couldn't stomach it and headed off for an early night.

Feeling poorly, she told her co-stars that she didn't feel like eating as she wasn't feeling great.

She said: "I can't look at it, I feel nauseous," before grabbing her stomach and heading off to be sick.

Her stomach was most likely still full from all the gross smoothies she digested earlier on.

The others cooked the dinner, which was pheasant, and it seemed worth the wait according to their reactions.

She said: "After the trial I felt really sick. As much as I wanted to try the pheasant it was sleep over food."

So poor Jess missed out on the delicious meal that she'd earned for the camp.

I'm A Celebrity airs every night at 9pm on ITV.
