David Ginola is tipped to be crowned I’m A Celeb’s King of the Castle on Sunday.
And pals say he could celebrate by whisking girlfriend Maeva Denat off on a romantic getaway – and asking her to become his queen.
The former footballer plans to fly model Maeva to Dubai as an antidote to three weeks shivering in the Welsh castle.
A source said: “David has promised to take Maeva somewhere really special.
“It’s been tough, he’s been sleeping on a cold floor and doing so many disgusting challenges – and Maeva has been constantly worried about his health.
“They’re really happy together, so if he decided to get down on one knee and propose it wouldn’t surprise me at all.”

The former Spurs and Newcastle ace was overcome with emotion earlier this week when he was finally allowed a letter from Maeva, 37, having been twice denied before.
In it, Maeva spoke of how much their daughter Ever, three, is pining for her dad. She wrote: “My love, I miss you more with every second that passes. The time is so long, we can’t wait for you to come back to us.
“There is a big void at home without you. Ever asks after you every day, she misses you so much.”
The letter, hidden in a Christmas tree, finished: “Be brave my man. You are my superhuman.”
David, 54, said after it was read to him: “All this love there – I can go through anything.” The couple met at a restaurant in 2016, on the day David suffered a near-fatal heart attack during a charity match.

The source added: “David credits Maeva with saving his life as she helped him through some dark days. They’re deeply in love.”
Frenchman David has been a hit with viewers – and set hearts racing when he stripped on the show. By late yesterday he was bookies’ favourite at 11/8 overall. But the contest is extremely tight, with Danny Miller close behind on 5/2 and Simon Gregson at 11/4.
The only woman left standing, Frankie Bridge, was on 11/2.
On Friday, Matty Lee and Adam Woodyatt were both eliminated.
After leaving Gwrych Castle, Olympic diver Matty, 23, said he was rooting for former Saturdays singer Frankie Bridge, who had earlier opened up to him over mental health battles.
Frankie, 32, told how she was hospitalised at 21 due to anxiety.
Gold medallist Matty said: “It blew my mind. She was younger than me when she experienced the worst of it. It’s inspiring that she can talk about it.”
Mum-of-two Frankie, who wed footballer Wayne Bridge in 2014, told Matty in a campfire chat on Friday: “I was with Wayne, I remember thinking, I love him, we had a beautiful home, I had a career I’d always wanted – but I was unhappy.
“And that was when I realised that something just really wasn’t right.”
