I'm A Celeb's Ant and Dec notice Snoochie's 'dig' at Danny Miller in awkward moment

There could be early tensions in the I’m A Celebrity camp after Snoochie Shy and Danny Miller took sly digs at each other.

The tense moment came in the aftermath of the current season’s first trial which saw Snoochie and Danny along with Naughty Boy and Louise Minchin walking along wooden planks while suspended over a cliff edge.

Whoever reached the end of the plank in the fastest time would be safe – but the looser would plunge off the side of the abyss.

Snoochie faced off against Naughty Boy and narrowly won the competition – sending the Grammy winning musician plunging downwards as he delighted by exclaiming “I\m flying!”.

While Snoochie was safe from Naughty Boy’s fate, she did have to then turn around and face the daunting challenge of walking back to solid ground.

Looking terrified, the star shuffled her way back – while being told by hosts Ant and Dec to take all the time she needed.

Danny then quipped: “Not too long. It’s freezing.”

Louise gave Snoochie encouragement and she made her way back, prompting the 1Xtra host to declare: “Louise, I love you! Naughty Boy, I love you too.”

Seconds earlier, Danny had ordered Snoochie to hurry up while she shuffled over planks (ITV)

Dec then pointed to Danny and laughed: “She’s not keen on you!” as he highlighted the point that she didn’t extend her love to the soap actor.

The comments come after Danny almost threw up all over himself – and fellow contestants Naughty Boy, Louise and Snoochie – during a rocky helicopter ride.

The Emmerdale star was shown clutching a sick bag while the aircraft bounced up and down through the air while flying over the sea and alongside a mountain.

Naughty Boy – real name 36-year-old Shahid Khan – noticed: “The sickbay is out.”

Taking a motherly tone, 53-year-old Louise gasped: “I’m not going to let you be sick, Danny,” as she tried to reassure the soap star that everything was going to be fine.

But Danny himself then declared: “I’ve swallowed about three mouthfuls though.”

This prompted Dec to rename Danny: “Being sick in his own mouth three times boy.”

Meanwhile, Ant and Dec already teased Danny over his ‘sarcastic’ comments while he battled to win the walk the plank challenge.

Asked by the hosts if he was ready for the task – which would see him walking over a wobbly plank of wood while suspended over the edge of a cliff – Danny replied: “I can’t wait”.

The flippant comment caught the attention of Ant who turned to Dec and said: “A little bit sarcastic there.”

Dec concurred and said with a smile: “little bit.”

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! airs on ITV week nights at 9pm.
