I'm A Celeb's angsty James mocked over blunder after 'intelligent' flex

James Haskell was mocked by I'm A Celebrity fans over the awkward blunder he made after claiming he was "too intelligent" for the camp.

The rugby star, 34, lashed out at a number of the campmates, including Kate Garraway, tonight as his irritability reached new heights.

Later, he came out of the dunny and wouldn’t let the issue go and bumped into Andrew.

He said: “It irritates the p*** out of me because it’s that simple. Explain the question, answer the question A or B, it’s a circus of stupidity. I can’t do it, I’m too intelligent and too switched on, just put your hands right up, let someone count them, right the majority win, shut up and lets move on.”

Andrew tried to defend people wanting to debate the question and said: “Yeah but move on to what? That’s my point.”

James replied: “The food, the sooner you have the answer, the sooner they turn back up.”

But later, James became the subject of ridicule after he made a remark about "unploding".

Fans quickly used the most of the opportunity to mock him.

One tweeted: "James Haskell said he was too intelligent and 30 seconds later pronounced implode as unplode. #ImACeleb."

While another commented: "James: “I’m too intelligent.” James: *Answers the Dingo Dollar question wrong and says unplode instead of implode*."

A third quipped: "Yes James, let’s watch it all unplode he’s too intelligent apparently #imaceleb."

"Can’t believe James said he is too intelligent and then uses the word unplode #ImACeleb," another wrote.

A fan wrote: "James - “I have too many brain cells, I’m not going to sit and watch that unfold. Im not getting involved anymore, I’m going to watch it all unplode...” Sorry, unplode?? #ImACeleb."

*I'm A Celebrity returns tomorrow at 9pm on ITV
