I’m A Celebrity star Andrew Maxwell has been branded evil for blowing smoke in a baby's face after fans spotted a lookalike in a series of sickening in cigarette packet adverts.
The Irish comedian, 44, has spent years dealing with irate fans who are convinced they've seen him in the anti-smoking warnings.
The picture, which is slapped on fag packets and tobacco pouches across Europe, shows a man who looks scarily similar to Andrew blowing smoke at a crying toddler.
One fan tweeted to the star: "Why are you smoking fags and blowing smoke in babies' faces?"
Another wrote: "I always knew Andrew Maxwell was feckin' evil."
A third added: "Stop that Andrew Maxwell!"

Andrew responded by making a joke - blaming his evail alter-ego "Bad Maxwell" for blowing smoke into babies' faces.
He replied to one tweet: "Bad Maxwell strikes again!"
He was one of the surprise arrivals in the jungle and joked that "no one will know who I am" when he landed in Australia.

Andrew is best known for his long-running comedy career, his appearance on a variety of panel shows and as the narrator of Ex On The Beach.
He has thrown himself into jungle life since arriving in camp - despite being one of the unlucky contestants stuck in Snake Rock for the first few days.

In last night's episode, he faced the helmet of horror filled with cockroaches that crawled all over his face as he attempted to win stars in the Bushtucker trial.
Tonight's show will be a cracker as the stars will get two new arrivals.
Corrie star Andrew Whyment and ex-EastEnders actor Cliff Parisi wil be heading into the jungle as late arrivals.
