I'm A Celebrity's AJ Pritchard has revealed his 'strong' family is helping him after his Gran passed away during his time in the castle.
AJ finished this years I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here in sixth place, as he and Olympic gold medalist, Mo Farah were voted out of the castle last night.
Cut off from the outside world, AJ exited to the news his Gran had passed during his time inside the Welsh castle, something he knew was at risk of happening before he went in.
It was revealed during an exclusive interview with Lorraine Kelly on ITV however, that it was his Gran's wish for him to go into the castle this year and "do her proud".
Interviewing the former Strictly Come Dancing star, Lorraine said:
"When you went in there, obviously, you're isolated from what happens in the rest of the world, you knew that your Gran was very ill, and I'm sorry, obviously as we know, she died.
"That's going to be very, very hard for you and the family and that's a difficult thing to come out to.
"You kind of thought you know it might happen, but she said, 'You have to go in there' and you have to do her proud."
Smiling, AJ replied with: "Yeah, thank you very much for your concern Lorraine, yeah... no, as a family, we're very strong."
