I'm A Celebrity's Extra Camp host Adam Thomas completely forgot he was on telly as he made a very X-rated comment to co-star Emily Atack.
The awkward moment left him very red-faced alongside his fellow presenters and guests.
He suggested Emily, 29, wanted "d**k and not Dec", which left the former I'm A Celeb contestant and guest panel flustered by the embarrassing blunder on TV.
The rude comment came as Joel Dommett, 33 - who was also hosting the show - asked who they all prefer - either Ant or Dec.
Guest and comedian Bobby Mair, 33, piped in: "Both at the same time," whereas Emily was left undecided as to which of the hosts were her cup of tea.
She said: "I quite agree, it's one of those things... oh I can't say."
But former Emmerdale star Adam cut her off, saying: "Go on Emily."
Despite his urge for her to dish the dirt, Emily replied: "I keep forgetting I'm on the telly!"
Adam, 31, responded with an explosive: "You just want d**k, not Dec!"
They all gasped and as a result Joel put his hands on his head as he shamed Emily in front of the others.
Love Island star Amber Davies, who was sat next to Adam, exclaims: "Adam!"
It's all being going off in tonight's episode, as fans were left stunned as they joked Dec had a "python in his trousers".
The 44-year-old seemed very pleased with himself after hearing Nadine Coyle gush about how attractive he was.
But fans of the ITV show were shocked for an entirely different reason - the "bulge" in Dec's trousers.
One gobsmacked viewer tweeted: "When Dec was leant then his bulge looked massive #ImACeleb."
While another commented: "Dec looks like he’s packing quite a bulge tonight.... not that I am looking #ImACeleb #imacelebrity #IACGMOOH."
A third joked: "Wow Dec! @antanddec Ali is a lucky lady! #ImACeleb."
