I'm A Celeb fans in hysterics as Ant and Dec mock Richard Madeley in Judy jibe

I'm A Celebrity fans were left in hysterics when presenters Ant and Dec mocked Richard Madeley in a jibe about his wife Judy Finnigan.

During Sunday night's first Bushtucker Trial which he took part in alongside Frankie Bridge, the cheeky Geordie duo made a comment when Richard moaned about not being able to unlock his chain while he was covered in cockroaches.

"Judy must do all the DIY in their house," Ant joked as he watched Richard struggle.

Dec laughed back: "Yeah she definitely does."

Fans of the show were left in hysterics after Ant made the savage comment about the Good Morning Britain host.

Taking to Twitter, one fan wrote: "Judy must do all the DIY in their house LOL."

"Judy does all the diy," a second wrote with a laughing emoji.

"Judy must do all the DIY in their house" oh Ant that was funny," a third commented.

Richard appears to be a favourite in this year's series.

He recently revealed that he's been warned not to "lose his temper" on the show by his son-in-law.

The TV host, who is married to former presenting partner Judy Finnigan, isn't the first person in his family to take part in the show - which has meant he's been given advice.

His son-in-law, former England rugby player James Haskell, appeared on I'm a Celebrity in 2019 - alongside Richard's Good Morning Britain co-presenter Kate Garraway.

In a recent interview, Richard revealed that James - who is married to his daughter Chloe Madeley - has warned his father-in-law over his temper, as reported by the Sun.

He said: "James told me not to lose my temper." The dad-of-two said that the advice was based on his son-in-law's own experience on the ITV reality series.

Richard said that James "suffered from hunger a lot more than the others," noting that the former rugby union player lost a "huge amount of body mass" during the experience.

He commented that James was "brilliant until about half way through" and then "hunger just got the better of him."

This led to some tension at one point in camp, with Richard reminding that James referred to his fellow campmates as a "circus of stupidity" whilst frustrated with the situation.

Richard added: "People don't like it when you lose your temper and he was the next one to be voted out." He said James has advised him to "pipe down" if he gets worked up.
