I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! viewers were left terrified after Kate Garraway started talking and asking questions in her sleep.
Fans compared Kate to a ‘demon’ after waking up from a nightmare and saying ‘hello’ in the pitch black.
Kate was seen suddenly jolting from her sleep at 12:34am in the jungle, before asking: “Where has everyone gone?”
The GMB presenter then repeatedly asked ‘hello?’ in the pitch black before saying: “I don’t know what’s going on.”
Kate then fell back to sleep after none of the camp mates responded to her.
The next morning, Kate told the camp mates: “I had a crazy night, I had a nightmare, I woke up and I didn’t know where I was and I was like ‘hello hello’.”
Terrified viewers took to Twitter, with one fan saying they were ‘so creeped out’ by the footage.
One said: “Why does Kate Garraway look like a demon?!”
Another said: “Kate literally looks possessed in the night vision.”
And other viewers said the presenter looked ‘scary’ and ‘terrifying’ in the middle of the night.
But other watchers of the show were left in hysterics by Kate’s antics, with one saying it was ‘the funniest moment in the series so far’.
Another amused viewer said: “I’m SCREAMING at Kate shouting hello in the middle of the night.”
A third viewer said: “I’m howling at Kate Garraway not knowing where she is.”
And a fourth fan branded Kate an ‘absolute legend’ and ‘iconic’ after the show.
