I haven’t had sexual intercourse in approximately two years. I am a 29-year-old man and I am even considering using the services of an escort. I have tried online dating, joined hobby groups and even tried websites such as Craigslist. Although I have met women and gone on dates, I am yet to progress towards anything beyond conversation. I feel that most single people (especially single women) in their 20s and 30s are having lots of sex and that I am somehow odd and missing out on an integral part of life. I only lost my virginity aged 27, so feel as if I am way behind my peers in this regard anyhow.
