'I love you 3,000': Avengers: Endgame child actor asks people to stop bullying her

Avengers actress Lexi Rabe wants people to stop bullying her

The child actor famous for playing the young daughter of Tony Stark in Avengers: Endgame has taken to social media to ask people to not bully her or her family.

Lexi Rabe portrayed Morgan Stark, the child of Robert Downey Jr.'s Ironman and Gwyneth Paltrow's Pepper Potts, in the hit film, and while her character was widely seen as endearing it seems some fans have criticised her and her family when running into them.

"I hate that we even have to post this. But yet again Lexi's getting bullied," her mother Jessica wrote in a post accompanying the video.

"Please keep your opinions to yourself so Lexi can grow up in the free world. She's a normal human being and she's a child."

In the short clip, Lexi asks people to understand that she is a child.

"If I go anywhere and I'm acting a little silly or messed up or anything like that — I'm just seven years old," she says.

"Please don't bully my family or me."

Jessica Rabe hinted that while Lexi was usually well behaved, she sometimes needed "the freedoms to mess up" and learn from her mistakes.

"So if you see us in public and think you have the right to judge. Wait. Number one until you have children of your own, and number two realise that we're not perfect and we're not claiming to be," she posted.

"But just try to realise the different strokes for different folks what you do with your kids may work for you and what I do with my kids works well for me."

Lexi signs off in the video by blowing a kiss to the camera and telling her followers, "I love you 3,000" — a reference to a popular line she says to her on-screen father as he puts her to bed.
