'I look unrecognisable without make-up on, men call me a grandma but I don't care'

People share all sorts of videos on TikTok, but one of the trends that really captures attention is the 'glow up'.

Users share footage of themselves bare-faced and in casual attire, before cutting to their most glamorous self, with a full face of make-up, dressed to kill.

One TikToker has really nailed the incredible transformation trend and her content has gone viral on the social media platform as a result.

Tiffany Nicole, who posts under the name @tiffnicole143, has garnered millions of views on her videos, some of which show her going without make-up at home in her dressing gown to blonde bombshell in just 30 seconds.

However, with all the likes and praise for her skills with a make-up brush and her saucy sense of style, have come some very cruel comments.

The 39-year-old from Florida, US, has received a fair bit of online trolling, with some telling her she looks like a "grandma" and others calling her a "man" and "horrific" without make-up.

Some also told her she was "too old" to be dressing the way she does.

But Tiffany has vowed not to let the haters bring her down.

Speaking to The Mirror, she said: "I started TikTok just for fun and never expected all of this.

"The negativity does not bother me.

"I'm old enough to know not everyone likes me and not everyone likes themselves. The ones who don't like themselves hate on others so I know not to take it personally."

She continued to say that she keeps on making videos for her 335,000 followers and all of those who have shown her kindness in the comments.

"My followers are what keeps me going," she adds. "All the love, support and kindness really makes me feel good.

"I was unhappy in my body for most of my life and I hope to teach other women to love themselves at every stage of life.

"I'm just so grateful for the opportunities this platform has given me."

And her followers really can be so nice, as is evident in one of her most popular videos, in which she responds to a person calling her "grandma" and telling her to go sit down by doing what she does best.

The clip has been viewed over 9 million times and has 2.3 million likes.

One person replied: "Holy smokes. My jaw hit the floor!"

Another wrote: "You rocked this."

"Gorgeous," proclaimed a third.

Someone else added: "Age has nothing to do with style and beauty. You go queen!"
