I Light Singapore 2026 transforms Marina Bay and Raffles Place into a colourful light playground until June 28.
Organised by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and presented by UOB, Asia's leading light festival presents 14 installations under the theme "Movement". This edition brings together artists from the region and beyond to present fresh perspectives.
"It returns to reimagine our urban spaces as a living canvas of connection," said Jason Chen, festival director and director of place management at URA. "We're excited to see the precinct come alive where every movement and individual action radiates outward to create shared experiences."
Here are some highlights.
At Clifford Square, Barbershop Wonderland by South Korean artist Jeon Byeong Sam conjures a nostalgic yet futuristic mood with 200 rotating barbershop poles.
Behind the Breeze Shelters, RESONORA by Indonesian artists OSTUDIO x Dearista translates the city's sounds into shifting patterns of light across flowing fabric.
At the National Trades Union Congress, Sliced by Swiss collective Encor Studio features thick hanging fabric with light and shadow.
In Event Square, Between Mountains And Seas by Taiwan-based studio Peppercorns presents an audiovisual journey of civilisations.
Next to the Red Dot Design Museum, Celebration Of Life by Singaporean designers DP Design and Yeo Ker Siang is a 6m cube structure of human diversity.
Local collective DPLMT hosts two live graffiti art showcases on June 6 and 19 at Infinite Graffiti.
A vinyasa yoga session by Submersion features a live DJ guiding participants through an electronic sound bath in the heart of the city on June 27.
Silent Disco Parade is set to return on June 20, inviting participants to groove alongside signature light installations around the Bay.
