'I left scathing notes on my neighbour's car - they parked in the worst possible place'

A woman has been left infuriated after a neighbour left their car right outside her house - on the day the road was due to be resurfaced.

Roza McQueen, from Drummoyne, Australia says she spent months waiting for the repairs to her street. But when the big day rolled around council workers found a problem, as there was a car parked in the way.

Outraged, the resident did not want to keep the problem to herself. Instead, she left a note on the car and slammed the driver online, in a move that has been praised by many. To make matters worse, she said she left a note on the car in advance asking for it to be moved.

And she made her feelings known (2gb)

She told 2GB Radio: "The first sign was a warning to move the car. I gave them a week's notice. It's still there."

So when the driver failed to take notice of the sign, Roza added more. In the sarcastic update, she wrote: "Wow, you're such a legend! Greatly appreciate you leaving your car here."

She added: "Park in front of your home!! Karen!"

In a second note left on the car's rear window, Roza continued: "Thank you for parking your car here when roadworks were scheduled."

The resident said she contacted the council but unfortunately she is still disappointed.

"I rang the council, they said 'oh no, that's not good' and I said 'yeah it's not, I want it fixed' but even if they do fix it there's still going to be a patch. We've been waiting for this for a really, really long time," claimed Roza.
