A 27-year-old man who died after a car smashed into a tree has been named as Jordan Price as tributes flood in.
Emergency services were called to the fatal collision in Radcliffe Moor Road, Radcliffe, at around 9pm last night, August 19.
A grey Mercedes-Benz A Class A45 had collided with a tree, police said.
Jordan was rushed to hospital from the scene with serious head and chest injuries. But despite the best efforts of medics, he was pronounced dead shortly after.
Emotional tributes to Jordan are now pouring in the wake of the tragedy, with family members saying they are 'going through the worst time in their lives'.

Jordan grew up in Bury, attending Bury College, before moving to Walkden.
The young man worked as a roofer after setting up his own business, Manchester Roofing Specialists, in Denton alongside his brother.
Jordan's brother, Dean Price, told the Manchester Evening News : "He was a really nice person, he was always polite to everyone, he was good in character. Everybody loved Jordan."

The two brothers had not known each other until two years ago, when Jordan got in contact.
They decided to create their business up as a way of getting to know each other. But two years on, they were far more than just colleagues - the brothers had become 'best friends'.
"Jordan and I met about two years ago, I didn't have him in my life until then," said Dean.
"He got in touch through Facebook and we met each other and we got really close.
"We opened the business to get to know each other more. He was a natural business person, he had a way with people.
"He was the boss of the business, the customers absolutely loved him, I've got them crying on the phone to me now."
Jordan was known as Jordan Young, but later changed his name to Price to be closer to other sides of his family.
Along with being a businessman, Jordan enjoyed going out with his friends - dressing his best for every occasion.
Dean said: "He was business-minded but he did like to go out on the weekends partying.
"He had a nice lifestyle, always dressed to the best, he was the life of the party."
But at heart, Jordan was a family man, said his brother, looking forward to settling down and getting married.
"He had big plans - he wanted to grow the business, he had plans to get married and have kids," said Dean.
"Jordan just wanted to build his life."

Jordan's family has been left feeling devastated.
Dean added: "He loved his mum, his mum was his best friend. We had really bonded and become best friends too.
"This is probably the worst thing that's ever happened in our lives, it doesn't seem real to me.
"He's only just come in to my life and we were so close. Now he's just been taken so soon.
"I feel like I've been robbed of time with him.
"All I can do now is give him a send off fit for a king."

Jordan's friends are also paying tribute to their adopted 'brother', arranging a balloon release for Jordan.
Lifelong friends Sheldon and Ainsley Barrington had known Jordan for 16 years.
Ainsley said: "He was just a funny person to be around and never failed to make him smile - he wasn't my best mate, he was my brother.
"I just wish he was still here."
Sheldon added: "Jordan was like an older brother to me. He was a proper hyper-active kid and a people person.
"He always showed love to everyone and made sure they were OK.
"He played football growing up and just recently started his own business. He used to love having a drink on weekend with the boys."
Lindsey Russell grew up a few doors down from Jordan in Bury, saying: "Such a lovely lad, it’s heartbreaking.
"He was kind well mannered lad who got on with everyone. He will be missed."

Police enquiries into the circumstances surrounding the crash are ongoing and no arrests have yet been made.
Detectives are now appealing for anyone with information to come forward, particularly anyone who might have dash cam footage of the incident.
Sergeant Brian Orr, of GMP’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said: “This is a tragic incident in which a man has sadly lost his life.
"Our thoughts remain with the man’s loved ones at this very difficult time.
“This is a busy stretch of road, and I am hopeful that a number of people may have witnessed this collision and have dash cam footage or information that can help us to complete our investigation.
“If this is you, please do not hesitate to get in touch with police as soon as possible.”
Radcliffe Moor Road was closed off last night and pictures from the scene show several police vehicles in attendance.
Pictures show the grey Mercedes completely smashed up, with the front of the car badly damaged.
