'I haven't stopped laughing yet!' - Nottingham Forest fans cannot stop brutally trolling Derby County

Nottingham Forest fans cannot stop trolling Derby County today as another anniversary of their play-off final defeat to Queens Park Rangers rolls around.

It's now six years since the Rams were beaten 1-0 in the Championship Wembley showpiece by Harry Redknapp's ten-man QPR side, with Bobby Zamora capitalising on an error from Richard Keogh to score the winner in the 90th minute.

Derby had been the better side and Steve McClaren's side looked set to take the tie into extra-time and finish Rangers off then, but for Zamora's excellent winner on the half-volley.

Rivalries are made all the better by each side revelling in the delight of the other's failure and this was no different.

Forest fans, whose side had been pasted 5-0 two months earlier, couldn't believe their luck when the Rams were condemned to yet another season in the Championship.

Indeed, the next meeting between the two sides in September 2014 saw Forest fans turn up in Zamora masks and start chanting his name.

The Rams' subsequent failures to get out of the second tier - there have been plenty - has been a source of much amusement for the City Ground faithful and six years on they are enjoying rubbing their rivals' noses in it once more.

"Happy Bobby Zamora day Derby! Hope you celebrate in style," one fan said on social media.

"I haven’t stop laughing at it yet, thank you Bobby," said another.

"Happy Bobby Zamora Day!!" a third said.

"You Reds!" added another.

"Happy Bobby day everyone," said a fourth Reds fan.

"Spare a hearty laugh today for these Derby fans who are still crying on the anniversary of this Bobby Zamora last minute beauty," said another.

"Things you love to see," added a sixth.
