'I hate it' - Claudio Ranieri makes blunt admission over Jurgen Klopp tactic at Liverpool

Former Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri has explained why he admires Jurgen Klopp at Liverpool.

Ranieri’s recent job was Watford boss, which he was dismissed from in January. He has been out of work since leaving his post at Vicarage Road.

The Italian has spoken about what he admires about Klopp, name checking his tactic of playing out from defence. The Liverpool boss has often spoken about teams that play against Liverpool with contrasting tactics.

“I admire Klopp’s Liverpool who habitually look for depth, they don’t stand there making eight hundred horizontal or backwards passes.”
