A woman has gone viral after allegedly getting a job at the hotel her husband uses to cheat on her. In the clip, which has amassed 1.1 million views, Kinsley Rae (@kinsleyrae2323) spilled the beans while sitting in her car.
“I decided to get a job at the hotel that my husband usually goes to when he’s cheating on me, and I am actually starting today,” she said.
“A couple of months ago, I found out that my husband was cheating on me, and this entire time, I have known, but he doesn’t know that I actually know,” she said. “One random day, I was actually using his laptop so I could do some grocery shopping.”
She said she went into his email and got confirmation of his infidelity.
“There was a bunch of emails from random hotels, but there’s one in particular that actually he’s constantly at,” she said. “So I decided, why not get a job there to see what my husband is doing?”
A stake-out
She added that her husband seemed to be booking these hotels for lunch breaks, which is when he usually told her he was “too busy” to talk to her.
“So now I know that he was too busy, probably with someone else, but before I actually say something, I need to investigate after applying about 20 times, OK, because that’s exactly what I did,” she explained.
Rae said they felt “bad” for her after she explained how she really needed the job and ended up giving it to her.
“They finally said, ‘You know what? We have a position for you, OK, and while you actually stay here, you actually get a room so you can actually spend the night if you want to, you can stay here whenever the [expletive] you want,'” she said.
Rae said this was “even better” since she can stake him out and see what her husband is doing.
“My husband thinks that I’m volunteering at our kids’ school,” she shared. “OK, he doesn’t know what the [expletive] I’m doing. I just arrived at the hotel to work my first shift. So let’s see if my husband shows up. Let’s see what kind of information I can get, because God knows, I’m going to get a divorce, and I’m definitely going to win out of this one.”
Rae didn’t immediately respond to The Mary Sue’s request for comment via TikTok comment.

Is this cheating video real?
However, while this clip is certainly entertaining and garnered a strong reaction, the woman in the video isn’t actually the scorned wife. In her TikTok account description, she clearly states: “I act to stories I find online so you don’t have to read them!” The video is also captioned with a hashtag that reads #notmystory.
She also posted a TikTok explaining this, in which she said, “I currently make Reddit videos. Some are true, some are not. We may never know. I just get content from there. I go through all of that, see which ones I actually like that I actually want to act to, and I do. But I feel like a lot of people are not reading the bios, the hashtags and all of that, which is very important. I know a lot of people don’t put that stuff, but I do because I’m not going to sit here and pretend like it’s my life.”
