After an indulgent Easter weekend, many of us are feeling a bit heavier than we were a week ago.
We've been buried under a mountain of chocolate and roast potatoes for a good four days, and for the drinkers among us, we can add copious amounts of booze to that list.
For some, now might be the time to start thinking about getting healthy and losing weight ahead of the summer, but it's always easier said than done.
It's no secret that losing weight can be tricky, particularly if you're not in the right mindset.
But one man who works as a blogger and an online personal trainer has set out to show people it's not difficult at all to lose weight - and he's gone to extremes to prove his point.

Dmitry Azovsky, who shares fitness videos with his 1.4 million TikTok followers, began an experiment in 2021 so he could show others how to get fit and healthy.
The trainer had set out to spend the year purposely eating only junk food so he could gain just over seven stone (100lbs).
Then he set out to lose the weight he'd gained over the next year, showing people how sticking to a disciplined routine can get you to your goal weight.
At the beginning of the experiment, Dmitry claims he weighed more than 25 stone (360lbs) - but by February 2022, he was back down to 16 stone (225lbs).
Documenting his journey, Dmitry shows himself lifting weights and eating a lean, protein-heavy diet to lose the weight he's gained.
To lose the weight in record time, Dmitry explains in one video that he's in an extreme calorie deficit while training.
He adds he's only consuming 1000 calories a day whilst completing a set of deadlifts with enormous weights.
The NHS website warns against very low calorie diets for most people unless very specific circumstances apply.
For anyone considering undertaking a low calorie diet, the NHS recommends making sure the meal plan gives you enough nutrition.
It also recommends not following an extremely low calorie diet for longer than 12 weeks.
In the comments underneath the video, people expressed their concern at Dmitry's incredibly low daily calorie intake.
One person wrote: "I know that you didn't leave your bed for the next 12 hours cause 1000k ain't taking you far(sic)"
Another said: "1k calories is disgustingly low."
One viewer warned: "Never eat only 1000, that’s absurdly low for no reason."
However lots of viewers are impressed overall with Dmitry's transformation.
On one video which shows how far he has come in just one year, people praise him for losing weight.
One person wrote: "Well done man, you're a great inspiration."
Another said: "Keep up the great work you inspire me, such a legend. I'm proud of you."
