Contains spoilers for Directive 8020.
At long last, Supermassive Games' new release, Directive 8020, is available to play, and there are plenty of things to explore. In our review, we described it as "Dark Pictures' most ambitious entry yet," due to the inclusion of many new features, such as Turning Points.
Those who like to take their time and explore will certainly be rewarded with Directive 8020, as the developers have hidden a teaser trailer for the next Dark Pictures game, which can only be uncovered once you've got all the collectibles.
Secrets and collectibles are a staple for the Dark Pictures Anthology, but usually, these would be for achievement hunters only, allowing you to complete 100% of the game. This time, you get a sneak peek at the next project. Pretty cool, right?
Here's how to find all the collectibles and get your first look at the next chapter in the Dark Pictures Anthology.
Where to find the collectibles in Directive 8020

There are eight episodes in Directive 8020 where the O Death collectibles are scattered about. I've outlined which character you'll be playing as, and where you'll find each O Death collectible.
Directive 8020 does contain other secrets throughout, but these are the five you need if you're keen to see that teaser trailer. Please note that you will have to play through episode 8 to trigger the other collectibles, then use the Turning Point system to rewind to those segments.
You cannot obtain the other chapter collectibles until you have found the episode 8 one, so read carefully for instructions on how to unlock that one first!
This Doesn't Belong Here (episode 8): This can be found by any character, depending on who is still left alive. The collectible is on the ground near the terminal with the Simms' recording.
The Man in the Bowler Hat (episode 1): Lift the lockdown while playing as Carter. The collectible datapad is on the floor by the station, so make sure to pick it up before heading through the door that triggers the spacewalk segment.
Paranoia (episode 3): While playing as Cooper, there's a terminal that you can interact with to the left of the food and drinks machines in the Mess Hall. Upon interacting with it, you'll unlock the collectible.
O_DTH (episode 5): Here, you'll be playing as Cernan. Head to the left-hand side of the corridor leading to the cockpit and interact with the terminal there.
Bloodlines (episode 5): There are two in episode 5, so definitely make sure you pay attention during this one. Playing as Cernan again, leave the bridge and take the elevator to the upper deck. Then, go up the steps to the Crew Lounge. You'll see it on the bench just before the door.
What's in the teaser trailer?

If you'd rather skip all that, I'm here to tell you what happens. Once you've accessed the teaser via the Bonus Content menu, it starts by showing several VHS tapes scattered on the floor.
These tapes have titles such as "Philip Experiment," "EVP 2," and "Retroactive PK," but only one, "Don't Play Alone," is played. Creepy stuff.
Indeed, it just gets creepier from then. The video shows several people walking in a circle, then a woman who appears to be floating in midair, as though possessed. A voice-over explains that the experiment has reached stage four, described as "contact".
It's not Dark Pictures without a jump scare, and the teaser ends with a hand emerging from inside a darkened doorway, with a piercing scream. It also says "to be continued", so that's all we're getting for now.
