Chelsea have been dealt a transfer blow after it was revealed that Real Madrid are set to land Luka Jovic.
Fans have reacted in unison to the news broken by Sky Sports that the forward is about to make a £52.4m move to Madrid.
Jovic had been on loan at Eintracht Frankfurt for the past two seasons from Benfica before the clubs agreed a permanent transfer in April. That deal has now helped the Portuguese club land a fifth of the reported fee.
For Chelsea it's a blow as the Blues had been keeping tabs on the 21-year-old, who has scored 27 goals in all competitions this season.
In light of recent injuries to Callum Hudson-Odoi and Ruben Loftus-Cheek, it's safe to say Chelsea fans are gutted about the Jovic news.
Some are frustrated that Madrid will likely take Eden Hazard as well as landing Jovic, while others are attempting to work out who the Blues could now sign.
