Alisson has admitted he 'feels bad' about Liverpool's decision to block him from attending Brazil's upcoming World Cup qualifiers.
Premier League clubs have unanimously decided not to release players for international matches in places on the UK's red-list next month, with Brazil one of the countries affected.
The decision has been taken so players do not have to quarantine for ten days on their return to England.

Roberto Firmino and Fabinho are also set to miss out having been included in the Brazil squad for upcoming fixtures against Chile, Argentina and Peru.
Only the Argentina fixture is set to be played in Brazil, though both Chile and Peru are also on the red list.
Providing his reaction to the news that he will not be able to represent his country, Alisson said: "Honestly, I feel bad because I want to play for my national team, I want to play for Liverpool.
"I don't want to get punished to make a decision but, from what I know, it's not even a decision. We cannot choose too much in this moment."
Another Liverpool player that will be affected is Mohamed Salah, given that Egypt is another country currently on the red list for travel.
Liverpool have written to the Egyptian FA and would allow Salah to play in Egypt's second World Cup qualifier as Gabon, where the game will be held on September 5, is not on the red list.
But the club do not want Salah to travel to his home country for either any training preparations or the World Cup qualifying tie against Angola on September 2.
