"I don't speak Arabic": Bolton says he hasn’t listened to Khashoggi tape

White House National Security Adviser John Bolton told reporters on Tuesday that he has not listened to the tape of the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi, saying "unless you speak Arabic, what are you going to get from it?"

Why it matters: President Trump — who has also refused to listen to the tape, branding it a "terrible tape" — has not accepted the CIA's conclusion that Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman ordered the killing, a fact disputed by a bipartisan group of members of Congress who have access to highly classified intelligence.
