Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is having a good run on social media and news after ruthlessly trolling Stephen Miller during one of her recent Instagram lives.
The video, which is currently also posted on her Instagram profile, saw the United States Representative calling the White House Deputy Chief of Staff an “insecure” man. Not just that, she also calls her a “clown” and takes digs at his appearance, while highlighting that the language of insult is the only language people like him understand.
Encouraging people to laugh at Stephen Miller, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez said during her live:
“I’ve never seen that guy in real life, but he looks like he’s 4’10. And he looks like he’s angry about the fact that he’s 4’10. He looks like he’s so mad that he’s 4’10, that he has taken that anger out at any other population possible.”
While most of the people watching the live stream understood the drill, several of Miller’s sympathisers and Trump supporters ganged up on AOC and filled the comments section with negativity. A few of them called her out for commenting on Miller’s height, while others defended their orange overlord, President Donald Trump.
If the MAGA supporters defending Trump and his administration with AI-generated images in the comments of AOC’s video weren’t embarrassing enough, Fox News’s decision to play that video in front of Stephen Miller definitely is. In a segment featuring him, host Laura Ingraham played the video where she mocks Miller. He appears visibly upset by AOC’s remarks but quickly changes his expression as Ingraham begins to mock AOC, in a desperate attempt of trying to show loyalty to Miller. After she imitates AOC’s “laugh at them” comment, Ingraham remarks that she feels like she’s back in a “sorority house” and says that her comments make no sense. Miller echoed her sentiments and said:
“We knew that her brain didn’t work, now we know their eyes don’t work.”
The incident did not go unnoticed by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who is now having the last laugh. Taking to her X account on Tuesday, she wrote:
“I cannot believe they aired this and made him listen to it live. I am crying.”
It seems like AOC is succeeding in her attempts to hurt the egos of Trump allies. As Dr Herbert Schofield had once said, “Egotism is the anesthetic which nature gives us to deaden the pain of being a fool.”
