Whether or not to wear a bra is a massively personal decision. For some, it's a must because going braless can make them feel exposed or uncomfortable.
However, others love the feeling of not wearing a bra, and even makes them feel confident.
Either way, most people can agree that you alone decide what to wear, which is why a man has caused a massive debate after admitting he has banned his girlfriend from going braless in public.
Explaining his decision, the 25-year-old said he has asked his girlfriend, who is the same age, to stop going out in public without a bra on.

In a recent post on Reddit, the anonymous man explained that it makes him "feel uncomfortable" when they go out in a group of people and she isn't wearing one.
He added: " I never saw myself as being controlling and I don't want to make her feel like she can't express herself, but I really feel uneasy about it."
The post caused a massive reaction, with most people agreeing that he can't dictate what his girlfriend wears, and doesn't wear.
One person remarked: "You don't see yourself as controlling but want to control her underwear? What planet are you on?"
Another simply said: "Her body. Her choice," while a third added: "Those aren't your breasts - those are her breasts. You need to stop acting like you own her body."
In a separate recent event, a woman explained she had been 'shamed' by her mum for not wearing a bra in front of her neighbours.
This sparked a massive debate about the narrative that women might get 'harmed' because of what they choose to wear.
Another woman was recently told it was 'inappropriate' for her to not wear a bra in front of her dad and brother, who had come round for a surprise visit.
Her mum insisted that she was "exposing herself" while she believed she should be allowed to wear what she wants in her own home.
