'I bagged Taylor Swift tickets - here are my tips for the remaining Eras Tour pre-sales and general sale'

Taylor Swift is bringing her highly-anticipated Eras Tour to the UK next summer - and today, fans have another chance to bag presale tickets for London and Liverpool dates. The American mega star is stopping off in the UK in June and August next year, playing dates across London, Liverpool, Edinburgh and Cardiff.

Presale and general ticket sales have been staggered in a bid to cope with very high demand. Yesterday, fans had mixed results as they attempted to grab tickets in the first presale, with some reporting getting booted out the virtual queues.

Presale tickets for all three shows at Anfield Stadium, Liverpool, and two shows at Wembley Stadium, London, go on sale today. From 11am, presale tickets go live for the June 13 gig in Liverpool and the June 22 gig in London. From 1pm, fans can try for the August 14 Liverpool date and the August 16 London date. And finally, the June 15 show in Liverpool goes on presale from 3pm.

For Swifties desperate to get their hands of presale tickets for Liverpool and London today, one fan, who managed to bag tickets yesterday has shared some top tips and tricks. Ticket expert Gemma shared a full outlining how she went about securing tickets during yesterday's presale for the first wave of London Wembley gigs.

Her first piece of advice is to make sure you have your code from your pre-sale email copy and pasted, whether it's on your desktop computer or mobile. It's worth noting that while thousands of seats will be available, you can only get tickets if you have registered your interest in seeing Taylor Swift back in June or participated in the Taylor Swift UK store Midnights album pre-order offer between Monday 29 August and Thursday 27 October.

Her next piece of advice relates to the ticket vendor you are using. As Gemma says: "You will have either been assigned Ticketmaster or AXS, so make sure you are logged in, and your card details are already to go on your account.

"Ticketmaster likes to check you are not a robot at the most inconvenient times, so be wary of this. I got through the queue and it came up with a 'pardon for the interruption' box, where you had to match three symbols in the right order - annoying but it's over quickly and you don't lose your place."

Once you're in, the advice is get into the waiting room 30 minutes before the on-sale time, so this morning it will be 10.30am. The key thing here is not to keep refreshing.

As Gemma says: "On Ticketmaster it will say 'Join Waiting Room' - I kept clicking this yesterday over and over because nothing was happening, but I didn't realise every time I clicked, the page would try and refresh and load again, so just try and click on the 'join waiting room' once and wait.

"Once you are in the queue, do not refresh, wait it out. Do not be worried if there is a big number in front of you. On the first time slot on Monday for Wembley, there was 15,000 in front of me, and I got through after an hour and there was still tickets left, just not the ones I wanted so I waited for the next batch at 1pm."

Lastly, it's worth remembering you can only use your presale code for 4 tickets. Gemma says she's conflicting messages about whether you can use the code again if you only bought 2 tickets, but she is going to try this today.

And finally, a reminder on who can buy tickets today. "Remember, you can only take part in the pre-sale today if you received an email from AEG with your unique code on to access the pre-sale events. Do not buy codes off people, there is no guarantee you will get tickets and there's no way of knowing if the code has been used."

If you miss out on presale tickets today or tomorrow, General sale tickets for UK shows will be available between Monday, July 17, and Wednesday, July 19. You can see the full schedule for both general and presale tickets here. Tickets will only be available from Ticketmaster or AXS and can only be purchased with an access code.
