The privately-owned Thai firm Best Group Ltd is teaming up with Chinese developer Hydoo International Holding Ltd and private equity group W Ventures Hong Kong to develop the Trust City World Exhibition and Trade Centre and an Asian Economic Community fintech hub project in Thailand worth several billion baht.
The project will be developed and run by the joint venture firm Hydoo Best Group.
Trust City will cover 2,500,000 square metres on Bang Na-Trat Road that can handle Thai and foreign wholesalers with over 20,000 wholesale shops, parking facilities that can accommodate 30,000 cars, fully-equipped business hotels for traders and tourists boasting over 5,000 rooms and serviced apartments, as well as another 6,000 rooms for the wholesale shop staff.
There will also be a convention hall with 100,000 sq m of space, on top of a luxurious penthouse meeting and seminar room.
