Popular Merchant City bar Hutchesons has launched a new Apres Ski Lounge set to bring a 'winter wonderland' to Glasgow.
Opening up today, Monday November 25, drinks on offer include festive mulled wines, Christmas cocktails and luxury champagne.
Meanwhile the lounge, where you can get cosy under faux fur blankets and throws, has been decked out in fairy lights, with skis and ski racks amplifying the Alpine feel.
The team behind the new bar say: "Open from 12pm until late every day throughout December, the luxurious 158 Club Lounge has had a dusting of magic to create this festive wonderland, perfect for taking a break from your shopping trip for a festive lunch or for apres-dinner winter warming cocktails.
"Weekends in December will also see their resident DJ spin house and disco tracks from 7pm to set the party mood with weekly festive cocktails on special.
"Guests to the Apres Ski Lounge can also dine from their range of delicious festive menus and enjoy dishes such as honey and orange duck leg with roasted root vegetables and rosemary potatoes, traditional roast turkey paupiette with all the trimmings or indulge in a silky sweet vanilla crème brûlée.
Speaking ahead of the opening, co-founder of Hutchesons owners Rusk & Rusk, Louise Rusk said: "We’re bringing a sledge-full of Christmas cheer to Hutchesons. Whether you’re in the mood for a party or an indulgent dining experience, join us this festive season for mouth-watering food and fizz in our stunning ski-style lounge."
The Apres Ski Lounge is now open until New Year’s Day at Hutchesons, on Ingram Street in the Merchant City, with festive menus also available throughout December.
