Hurling qualifiers draw: Clare to take on Cork, Galway face Waterford

Clare will take on Cork, while Galway face Waterford after the draw was made for round 2 of the All-Ireland hurling qualifiers.

A resurgent Clare, fresh off beating Wexford last weekend, will take on Cork, who got a bye into the second round after a Munster semi-final loss to Limerick.

The other tie is a repeat of the 2017 All-Ireland final as Waterford, who only edged out Laois, take on Galway, who suffered a shock Leinster semi-final reversal to Dublin.

The matches will take place this Saturday, 24 July, with times and venues to be confirmed later today.
