Hurling match suspended after gardai chase truck into GAA club in Dublin

Some hurlers were lucky to escape injury after a truck was driven onto a pitch during a match in North Dublin on Saturday.

Two men were arrested after the truck was driven onto the Castleknock pitch while they were battling out with Thomas Davis in the Senior B Hurling Championship.

Man rams garda car and drives through live roadworks during dramatic 40 minute car chase through South Dublin, Kildare, and Laois

The north Dublin club's match report described the "bizzare" scene as gardai chased the vehicle onto the pitch.
