A hunt has been launched to find three Dublin heroes who came to an elderly man's rescue after a terrible accident last week.
The pensioner's granddaughter took to social media in the hope of tracking down the trio who helped her granddad on October 30 when he had a nasty fall near the big roundabout in Walkinstown - well-known for its constant traffic gridlock.
She said that thankfully her Granddad was okay and had the accident after wanting to walk home after being dropped in the car to the chemist.
But her worst nightmares became a reality when he returned saying he had taken a tumble during his journey back.
Luckily for him, three kind souls happened to be passing the busy area at the time and helped him back to his feet.

Now, his granddaughter wants to reward them for their generosity.
She said: "My granddad fell at the roundabout just outside John's Takeaway and three men helped him up and across the road.
"I just wanted to get in touch as someone could have heard about it from a family member and I wanted to pass on my sincere thanks to the men as I know people are unsure what to do under these circumstance.
She continued: "He is absolutely fine thank god. I drive him everywhere but he wanted to walk home from the chemist, typical. He just wants his independence."
She added: "He is really okay though, he didn’t want to tell me when he got home in case I didn’t let him out again!"
