Police are on the hunt for a teenager who previously led officers on a scooter chase.
Leon Lowe, now 19, was sentenced last year after he went through a red light on a black Xnen 125cc bike on his 18th birthday. He hit speeds of 40mph in a 30mph zone and was 'constantly looking over his shoulder' at police rather than watching the road, on June 13.
Lowe, from Birkenhead, tested positive for cannabis at the roadside but when taken into custody he refused to give a blood sample. After admitting dangerous driving, driving without a licence and insurance, failing to provide a specimen of blood and possessing cannabis he was sentenced to six months in prison, suspended for 18 months, given a curfew and was tagged.

However Lowe has now breached his licence conditions and police want him on recall to prison. Officers describe him as being 5ft 10inches tall, with blue eyes, long blonde hair and a YNWA tattoo in red on his right arm.
A spokesperson for Merseyside Police said: "Can you help locate a Wirral man who is wanted on a recall to prison for breach of his license conditions? Leon Lowe, 19 years, from Birkenhead has breached his license conditions following his release after serving a sentence for dangerous driving.
"He is described 5ft 10in tall, blue eyes, long curly blonde hair, slim build and has a Liverpool accent, and has ‘YNWA’ tattoo in red on his right arm. Lowe has links to Ellesmere Port.
