The alarming incident happened at around 8.20pm on Tuesday within Dunfermline's Pittencrieff Park.

A 42-year-old woman was walking her dog when the teen exposed himself to her. He then rode off on his bike towards Pittencrieff Street.

Police say he was white, aged between 15 and 17 and around 5ft 5ins tall. He was of a slight build with dirty blonde hair and was wearing dark jogging bottoms and a dark jacket.
