A second man is wanted over the death of another in an apartment fire in Melbourne's east.
An image of Ishmail Sozmen was released on Wednesday as homicide detectives try to track him down over an alleged murder and fire at a Dandenong apartment on July 9.
The blaze ripped through the property and a 27-year-old man was later found dead inside.
A Meadow Heights man, also 27, was last week charged with his murder as well as intentionally causing injury to a separate victim.
Sozmen, described as about 175cm tall with a medium build and brown hair, is often seen in the Dandenong and Meadow Heights areas.
Anyone who spots Sozmen should not to approach him and contact triple zero immediately, police say.
